2-bedroom condo in the scenic Holiday Hills resort community — minutes from downtown Branson and the theater district with its 50+ live shows, restaurants, and family attractions. Silver Dollar City is about 25 minutes away. No stairs to enter from the parking lot.

The master suite is the standout. A king bed plus an en-suite walk-in shower with custom tilework — guests consistently call it the wow feature of the stay.

Inside: 1,033 square feet with a full kitchen, separate living room, dining area, and a private deck with golf course views. Master with king bed and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Generously-sized Roku smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size Bunn coffee maker with grinder. In-unit washer and dryer. Starter laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher liquid provided. A small stash of board games and cards is on hand. The living room also has a desk, chair, and work lamp — handy for guests working remotely.

Holiday Hills itself offers an 18-hole golf course and pro shop, multiple pools (the closest right next to the building; a larger pool a minute away), tennis, basketball, volleyball, disc golf, shuffleboard, playgrounds, two on-site restaurants, and an Activity Center with arcade games, pool tables, a café, movie viewing room, and fitness facility. 24-hour security throughout.

My family and I use this condo ourselves and have stocked it with everything we'd want for our own stay. If anything comes up during your stay, I'm easy to reach.

Please note:
- After booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours. Main points are covered in the house rules; contact us if you'd like to review the full agreement before booking.
- Middle-floor unit; no stairs required to access.
- We use a bring-your-own-login policy on our Roku TVs. Major streaming apps are pre-installed, and free services (YouTube and others) don't require a login.
- Main gate entry. Your parking pass is inside the unit on arrival, or can be printed before you arrive (we'll email it to you).
- An outdoor doorbell camera records video and audio in the public entry area only — never inside the unit.
- The primary booker must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
